Showcaster takes your privacy seriously.

This policy covers how Showcaster treats information that Showcaster collects and receives. 'Personal information' is information about you that is personally identifiable like your name, address, email address, or phone number, and that is not otherwise publicly available.

Showcaster automatically receives and records information on our server logs from your browser, including your IP address and Showcaster cookie information, and the page you request.

Showcaster collects personal information when you register with Showcaster as a delegate or opt-in to receive information from us, such as newsletters.

Editing and Deleting Your Account Information and Preferences

• You can edit your Showcaster Account information including your marketing preferences, at any time.
• Certain communications from Showcaster, such as service announcements, administrative messages and the Showcaster Newsletter, are considered part of your Showcaster account and you may not opt out of receiving them.

Showcaster may update this policy. We will notify you about significant changes in the way we treat personal information by sending a notice to the primary email address specified in your Showcaster account or by placing a prominent notice on our site.
